The Sweet Grass County Health Department works closely with local medical providers and state officials to reduce the impact of disease through monitoring, education and other preventative measures.

WIC PROGRAM
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, better know as the WIC Program, is administrated through Riverstone Health.
WIC representatives visit Sweet Grass County at the Public Health Office every other month. Please call (406) 247-3370 to schedule an appointment.
