Pioneer Medical Center's Strategic Plan sets forth five strategic objectives or pillars that will guide the hospitals work as we advance health in Sweet Grass County. With input and direction from the PMC Board of Trustees, Leadership Team and CEO the framework includes ambitious objectives that outline our direction and focus over the next 3 years.
Each objective will have a strategy and outcomes that will involve both the community and hospital leadership. The strategic plan will be backed by operational goals and plans that will guide our work and priorities for years to come.
