The IT & Supply Support Technician provides first-level support for Information Technology and Supply Chain operations throughout Pioneer Medical Center. Working under the direction of the Information Technology Manager and Materials Manager, this position assists with routine technical support, inventory management, purchasing support, receiving, distribution, and operational tasks that support the organization's daily operations. SCOPE OF POSITION
This position serves as a shared support resource for Information Technology and Supply Chain operations. Responsibilities are primarily operational and task-oriented in nature. Advanced technical support, system administration, cybersecurity management, network administration, strategic purchasing, contract management, budgeting, regulatory oversight, and departmental leadership functions remain the responsibility of the Information Technology Manager, Materials Manager, or other designated leadership personnel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Organizational Support
1. Supports and models behaviors consistent with Pioneer Medical Center's mission, vision, values, Code of Conduct, and service expectations.
2. Meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements.
3. Maintains competency in organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards related to employee safety, patient safety, security, and compliance.
4. Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
Information Technology Support
5. Provides first-level technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and basic connectivity issues.
6. Responds to IT service requests and assists users in troubleshooting routine technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Provides first-level support for organizational applications and systems and escalates issues outside the scope of the position to the Information Technology Manager, vendors, or external support resources.
8. Performs routine account administration tasks, including password resets, account setup assistance, and access-related requests in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
9. Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup, device deployment, account preparation, and technology orientation.
10. Maintains documentation of support requests, resolutions, equipment inventory, and related records.
11. Assists with workstation deployment, equipment replacement, software installation, routine updates, and technology inventory activities.
12. Provides basic user guidance regarding technology use, organizational systems, and approved best practices.
13. Follows established cybersecurity, access control, data protection, and HIPAA-related procedures and reports concerns to appropriate personnel.
Supply Chain Support
14. Works closely with department managers and staff to ensure supplies are adequately stocked and available throughout the organization.
15. Maintains departmental PAR levels and replenishes inventory as directed.
16. Pulls supplies from warehouse inventory and distributes materials to designated departments and stocking locations.
17. Assists with receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of incoming shipments.
18. Conducts inventory counts, audits, and inventory-related activities as directed.
19. Maintains inventory records and reports stock level concerns to the Materials Manager.
20. Assists with purchasing support functions, including preparation of purchase orders, order tracking, and vendor communication as directed.
21. Assists the Materials Manager with inventory control activities, supply standardization efforts, and purchasing support functions.
22. Helps maintain warehouse, storage, and supply areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Associate degree, technical coursework, certifications, or related experience in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Operations, or a related field preferred.
· Experience providing customer service, technical support, inventory management, purchasing support, or related operational support preferred.
· Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required.
· Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to routinely walk throughout the facility and warehouse areas.
· Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and perform stocking activities.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to move equipment, supply inventory, and shipments as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in office, warehouse, storage, patient care, and technology support environments. Position may require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends or holidays, to meet organizational needs.
