Director of Nursing, F/T

The DON directs and supervises the delivery of patient care in the Emergency Room, Hospice, and Acute Care settings. Develops and updates nursing policies and procedures.  Acts as a resource person for licensed nursing staff and CNAs.  Oversees ALF and Social Services departments. Works collaboratively with CEO, Department Managers, and Medical Staff to ensure high quality of care is being delivered.  Performs on-going quality and infection control work to enhance patient/resident care and safety. Maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations that pertain to the nursing department. 

 

Nurse Manager – Clinical Information Systems and Staff Development, F/T

The Nurse Manager serves as the primary technology resource for related clinical information systems in Nursing and other clinical departments in the hospital and clinic setting. Provides clinical and technical expertise as a consultant to the user community, Information Services, and vendors, etc.  Is responsible for the orientation and on-going training and education of all user personnel.  Will provide staff development for nursing staff with a focus on developing competencies. Will perform annual clinical competencies for nursing. This a full time exempt position.

Minimum Qualifications: Current unencumbered Montana license to practice as a registered nurse; Preferred Baccalaureate degree in health information management or a related healthcare information technology field or experience in health information management.

 

RN, F/T & P/T

Will provide patient care in the Hospital and Emergency Room setting under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requires current, active MT license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Sign on bonus available.

 

CNA, F/T & P/T

Assists patients and residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times  independence and freedom of choice. Works collaboratively with the medical provider, RN, and LPN to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of the patient/resident and their families.

Requires CNA certificate.

 

Clinic/Out Patient Services Director, F/T

The Clinic/Out Patient Services Director oversees the clinic operations, provides administrative leadership to hospital outpatient services and supervises clinic staff. Manages all activities contributing to the operational, clinical, and business functions of the Rural Health Clinic. Monitors budget. Must have good personnel and time management skills. Will be a member of the medical center Leadership Team. This is an exempt position.

Minimum qualifications: College graduate with a BS in administration is preferred; healthcare experience – rural healthcare experience preferred; EMR experience preferred.

 

Clinic Receptionist, F/T

Performs assigned receptionist and administrative duties in accordance with established procedures.

 

Out Patient Procedure RN, F/T & P/T

Will provide high quality, professional nursing care in an ambulatory care setting within nursing scope of practice.
  

Cook, F/T

Responsible for the food preparation for nursing home and contracted services.

 

Dietary Aide, P/T

Washes dishes, cleans dining room, sets tables, serves residents, and assists kitchen personnel.

 

Housekeeper, F/T & P/T

Performs housekeeping and cleaning activities within well established guidelines and assigned areas.

 

Hospice RN, PRN

Will provide and supervise the delivery of high quality hospice care in an independent role. Will provide care in response to patient/family calls after normal working hours.

Requires current Montana state license to practice as a registered nurse.

 

Hospice Health Aide, PRN

Under general supervision of the Hospice RN Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing. Assists in the delivery of patient/resident care.  Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDG) to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of the hospice patient and their families.

Requires current Certified Nursing Assistant training and current Montana CNA certification

 

Hospice Volunteer Coordinator , P/T

Coordinate training for Hospice Volunteers. Maintain documentation to comply with Hospice regulations for the Pioneer Medical Center as well as for state certification of the Hearts & Hands Hospice program.
