Certified Nurse Aide, P/T and F/T

This individual will assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents’ independence and freedom of choice.

This  position requires formal nurse aide training and a current Montana CNA certificate. 

Assistant Director of Nursing

Under general supervision, directs and assists in the care planning and MDS process for all long term care and swing bed residents.  Assists with discharge planning needs for clients. Assists in the development of nursing policies and procedures and participates in Quality Assurance activities including the monitoring of infections. Develops and monitors programs to help long term care clients achieve their maximum potential.  Monitors the Emergency and CAH areas to assure clients are receiving high quality care.  Acts as a resource person for licensed staff and CNA’s. Works as a charge nurse as needed. Fills in for the Director of Nursing as needed.

F/T position. Requires current RN state license, 1-3 years RN experience, 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity and CPR and ACLS certified. ER and Acute care experience is highly desirable.

Registered Nurse

Provides and supervises the delivery of high quality nursing care in the long term care, acute care and emergency settings in an independent charge nurse role.

F/T position. Requires an RN state license.

Hospice Registered Nurse

Candidate must be comfortable working with terminally ill patients and their families. Must possess compassionate, caring behavior that will utilize a holistic approach while incorporating excellent nursing skills in highly individualized care.

PRN position. Requires RN state license. Previous hospice experience preferred but not necessary. On-call hours may be required, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays.
