Nurse Manager – Clinical Information Systems and Staff Development, F/T

The Nurse Manager serves as the primary technology resource for related clinical information systems in Nursing and other clinical departments in the hospital and clinic setting. Provides clinical and technical expertise as a consultant to the user community, Information Services, and vendors, etc.  Is responsible for the orientation and on-going training and education of all user personnel.  Will provide staff development for nursing staff with a focus on developing competencies. Will perform annual clinical competencies for nursing. This a full time exempt position.

Minimum Qualifications: Current unencumbered Montana license to practice as a registered nurse; Preferred Baccalaureate degree in health information management or a related healthcare information technology field or experience in health information management.

Out Patient Procedure RN, F/T & P/T

Will provide high quality, professional nursing care in an ambulatory care setting within nursing scope of practice.

CNA, F/T

Under general supervision of the Licensed Nurse or medical provider assists residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents’ independence and freedom of choice.  Works collaboratively with the medical provider, RN, and LPN to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of the patient/resident and their families. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy, mission and vision of Pioneer Medical Center.

 Office Assistant, PRN 

Performs assigned supervisory and administrative duties in accordance with established procedures. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy, mission and vision of Pioneer Medical Center.

 Medical Records Clerk, PRN 

Under general supervision,  maintains all medical records from Emergency Room, Critical Access Hospital, Long Term Care,  Swingbed, Out Patient  procedures.   Assists Material Manager in keeping supplies stocked  in Emergency Room, Long Term Care & Swingbed units.  Appropriately interacts with patients/residents, family, and staff.  Supports PMC activities that are essential to the smooth functioning of the unit.

EMT/Paramedic, PRN

Under the direction of the ER Provider and in accordance with the authorized Scope of Practice for the level, assists in the delivery of patient care in the Prehospital and Emergency Department settings.  Collaborates with the health care team including Providers, Nursing, Radiology, and Laboratory staff to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational and spiritual needs of the patient and family.

Hospice Social Worker/Bereavement Coordinator, PRN

The Hospice Social Worker is part of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) providing supportive services to patients and families to help them deal with the emotional, social, and financial impact of illness and anticipated death, and to help them achieve maximum benefits from Hospice care and other community services.

Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of the bereavement aspect of the hospice’s services.

Hospice RN, PRN

Will provide and supervise the delivery of high quality hospice care in an independent role. Will provide care in response to patient/family calls after normal working hours.

Requires current Montana state license to practice as a registered nurse.

Hospice Health Aide, PRN

Under general supervision of the Hospice RN Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing. Assists in the delivery of patient/resident care.  Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDG) to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of the hospice patient and their families.

Requires current Certified Nursing Assistant training and current Montana CNA certification
