Sweet Grass Health Care Foundation

The Sweet Grass Health Care Foundation was created in 1988 to help support the medical center’s needs.  An endowment of $800,000 has been built up by the Foundation and annual interest proceeds are used to purchase facility equipment or capital needs.  This demonstrated commitment on the part of Sweet Grass County residents shows a dedication to supporting local health care services.

The Sweet Grass Health Care Foundation, a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation, is a separate legal entity with an endowment fund of its own.  It was established to encourage all Sweet Grass county residents to participate in private philanthropy to support health care in their community. The Foundation, through organized, ongoing activities, will plan for the wisest investment and disbursement of charitable gifts to health care providers in Sweet Grass County, thereby assuring that many more people will be able to enjoy far richer lives.  The Foundation is governed by a Volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by the membership.  Individuals, businesses, or corporations having an interest in maintaining health care services in Sweet Grass County are invited to become members.

You can join the commitment to keep local health care in Sweet Grass County.  There are many charitable giving techniques.  If you would like to donate, please contact the SGHC Foundation or make your check payable to SGHC Foundation.  You can mail your donation to the following address or drop it off at the administration office at the Pioneer Medical Center.
